Express More Gratitude Count your blessings! Whether it’s keeping a daily gratitude journal, or simply making an effort to say “thanks” more often in your day to day; expressing more gratitude will do you a world of good.
Eat More Fruit & Veg Instead of setting yourself up to fail with a strict, unrealistic diet, simply try upping your fruit and veg intake to have you feeling great in 2022. Think more nutrients, not less calories.
Werk it! Look, we all know those “I’m going to run 10 km EVERY single day” promises never pan out. Instead of going all in, just try introducing a small amount of exercise daily. Whether it’s 10 minutes of yoga in your backyard, or a little stroll around the block, upping your movement even a little bit will have you feeling great. Baby steps, fam.
Talk IRL We love a DM sesh as much as the next guy; but nothing beats face to face interaction. Make an effort to meet up with your pals more regularly, it doesn’t have to be a big event- just pop round and say gidday!
Get that Money We know it can be a tricky convo, but this year it’s time to know your worth and ask for it! Be sure to outline what you bring to your role, how your responsibilities have grown over time and how you add value to your company; and most of all be confident- there is no harm in asking!
Volunteer Once a Month Practice some selflessness in 2022 and start volunteering. Giving back to your community will be super rewarding and you will meet all sorts of new people in the process; broaden those horizons baby!
